WPCRL no. 684 of 2014 U.C. Dhyani, J.
Mr. J.S. Bisht, Advocate for the writ petitioner.
Mr. V.K. Gemini, Dy. Advocate General with Mr. K.S. Rawal, Brief Holder for the respondent State.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer only to the extent that the court below be directed to decide the bail application of the petitioner at an early date, subject to her surrender.
An FIR was lodged against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC.
The prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners is worth accepting.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties and having gone through the contents of FIR, it is provided that if the petitioner surrenders before learned Magistrate within a week and seeks bail, her bail application shall be decided as expeditiously as possible and without unreasonable delay.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
CLMA no. 6412 of 2014 also stands disposed of.
