Learned counsel for the State makes a statement that after completion of investigation, charge-sheet has been filed against petitioner nos. 1 and 2 and final report has been filed in respect of rest of the petitioners, as no case is said to have been made out against them.
In view of above development, this writ petition has rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with the observation that the interim order dated 04.02.2014, passed by this Court, shall continue till the submission of charge-sheet / final report, as the case may be, before the court concerned and no further.
