2. This petition is a petition under Section 24 of Code of Civil
Procedure, 1908 (CPC). Although consolidation and transfer of three cases
are sought, neither are pleadings of both parties of the three cases which are
prayed to be consolidated filed nor it is stated in the petition as to what are
the common questions of law and facts and hence the requirement of
consolidation. Also, it is not known what are the stages of the respective
cases for deciding as to whether or not discretionary jurisdiction under
Section 24 CPC should or should not be exercised.
3. Dismissed.
