1. In view of the detailed order passed today in MAC. Appeal No. 152/2014, the present appeal is dismissed.

2. Consequently, the statutory amount be released in favour of the appellant and the remaining compensation amount with up-to-date interest accrued thereon be released in favour of the respondents / claimants in terms of award dated 05.11.2012 on taking necessary steps by them.
