 03.   03.01.2014           This petition seeks direction for reconstruction of
                    the Nischintakoili Weekly Market Complex for better
                    benefit of the pubic.
                            Since suitability of location of market is a matter
                    to be primarily decided by the administration, learned
                    counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw
                    the writ petition with a view to represent to the opposite
                    party No.3, Secretary of Regulating Market Committee,
                    Kendupatna, Cuttack.
                            In view of the above, we direct that if such a
                    representation is made within two weeks from today, the
                    opposite party No.3 may take a decision thereon in
                    accordance with law within two months from the date of
                    receipt of such representation.
                            The petition is disposed of accordingly.
