1. Pursuant to the order dated 14.11.2014, the relevant documents
have been filed by the petitioner.
2. In the course of addressing arguments, Mr.Vikas Singh, learned
Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner fairly states that certain
reliefs have to be added to the prayer clause for which the petition would
have to be amended to lay the foundation of the relief and as the matter
is still at the stage of admission, the petitioner may be permitted to
withdraw the present petition while reserving his right to file a
substantive petition, on the same cause of action.
3. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The petition is dismissed as
withdrawn, along with pending applications.
