Mr.Madan has handed over in Court the unconditional undertakings on behalf of petitioners No.1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, 14 and 15 i.e. all the shopkeepers who are the petitioners in the present writ petition and who are in possession. Mr.Banerjee has perused the undertakings and he submits that respondents have no objection if the undertakings are accepted by this Court. The undertaking is taken on record. The Court accepts the undertaking of the petitioners. Petitioners will be bound by the undertaking. Petitioners have been explained the consequences of breach of undertakings. It is made clear that if possession is not handed over or on before 30th June 2013, in addition to the remedy of contempt, respondents will be entitled to such all remedies as are available to them as per law.
No coercive action shall be taken by the respondents against the petitioners till 30th June 2013. Thus, order shall be read in continuation of the order dated 21.05.2013 passed by this Court.
