+CM No. 4559/2012 in WP(C) No. 974/2012 * This is an application by the petitioner/applicant to withdraw
the writ petition with liberty to file the fresh petition after impleading the
appropriate parties, and annexing all the relevant annexures and reliefs
prayed for on the subject of issue/issues between the parties. The show
cause notice has yet not been issued in the writ petition.
Consequently, the application is allowed and the petitioner is
permitted to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty as prayed for.

Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions seeks to
withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file the fresh writ petition after
impleading the appropriate parties and filing the proper annexures. The
writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

In view of the orders passed in the main writ petition, these
applications have become infructuous and the same are disposed of as
