1. Learned counsel for the respondent has contended that
the petitioner had expired on 1st November, 1999.
2. The notices were issued to the petitioner pursuant to
order dated 8th August, 2011. The notice has come back unserved
with the report that the petitioner had expired about eight years
back.
3. No application has been filed for substitution by the
legal representative of the deceased petitioner. The petition has
abated.
4. The petition is dismissed as abated and the Rule is
discharged.
