* The learned counsel for the respondent, on the basis of an
advance copy of the application for bringing on record the legal
representatives of deceased petitioner, contends that the petitioner Sh.
Dhanpat Singh had died on 11th February, 2011.
The learned counsel for the respondents contends that this fact
was brought to the notice of the Court even on 26th September, 2011.
However, no application for bringing on record, the legal representatives
of deceased petitioner has been filed.
No one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 26th
September, 2011. Today also, no one has appeared on behalf of the
petitioner despite the matter having been passed over once.
In the circumstances, the petition is dismissed.
