These are the applications by the petitioners for taking on record
some additional documents, which were not before the Tribunal and
additional affidavits, which were also not considered by the Tribunal.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner, on
instructions, seeks to withdraw the writ petition to raise these grounds
and rely on additional documents while seeking review of the impugned
order passed by the Tribunal.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed
for in accordance with law.
All the pending applications are also disposed of.
