1. No one is present on behalf of the petitioner though the
matter was passed over once.
2. Office report indicates that the notice could not be
issued as the process fee and the address were not filed by the
petitioners.
3. On 6th April, 2011, it had transpired that the notice was
not issued pursuant to the order dated 21st January, 2011 as the
steps were not taken by the petitioner.
4. In the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed in
default and for non-prosecution.

5. Since the main petition has been dismissed in default
and for non-prosecution, this application does not survive and the
same is dismissed. The interim order dated 6th September, 2010 is
vacated.
