* On 5th July, 2011 the matter was argued on behalf of the
petitioner and thereafter the matter was got adjourned by the learned
counsel for the petitioner to seek instructions whether he wants to
press the writ petition or not.
Today, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions states
that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition any
further.
The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed as not pressed. The
parties are however, left to bear their own costs.
