This appeal has been preferred against the order of Additional

District Judge Shri D C Anand dated March 23, 2010 whereby the

learned Judge has allowed the application of the respondent under

Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and has

directed the appellant to secure the amount due under the award

against vehicle SKODA OCTAVIA RIDER bearing registration

No. DL-3F-AS-0092 by executing necessary documents within a

month.

Without going into the merits of the rival submissions made by

FAO 180.2010 Page 1 the counsels, the appellant is restrained from selling, transferring or

in any way creating third party interest in vehicle SKODA OCTAVIA

RIDER bearing registration No. DL-3F-AS-0092, till the disposal of

objections filed by the appellant against the ex-parte award passed

against him.

With this direction, the appeal is disposed of.
