JUDGMENT
1. In view of my order passed today in CM(M) 429 of 2009 titled Dr. Sonia
Sahaye v Vikramajit Singh Sahaye, I consider that there was no deliberate defiance
of the order passed by this Court and no contempt is made out against the
respondent. The contempt petition is hereby dismissed.
