The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner
has been allotted flat No.113, Pocket 14, Sector 20, Rohini, Delhi under
the new pattern registration scheme. The learned counsel contends that
though the allotment letter has been issued, however, the rate charged
is the current cost which according to the petitioner, he is not liable to
pay. The learned for the petitioner states that the time to deposit the
demand raised by the DDA is by 20th November, 2009. Since the
demand raised by DDA now is not the subject matter of this petition,
the learned counsel on instructions seeks that the petition be disposed
of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the amount demanded by
the petitioner by letter dated 24th May, 2009 in respect of flat No.113,
Pocket 14, Sector 20, Rohini in the name of the petitioner by filing a
separate petition.
Consequently, the petition is disposed of with the liberty as
prayed for. All the pending applications are also disposed of.
