ORDER

Mahmood ali Khan, J.

1. The petitioner No. 2 Rahis Ahmed is the younger brother of the father-in-law of the complainant. Petitioner No. 1 is the wife of petitioner No. 2. The allegation against them is that they had joined the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant in demanding Rs. 50,000/- and a motorcycle from the complainant and on her not acceding to their demands she was beaten up by them. APP has further submitted that after the registration of the case petitioner No. 2 was giving threat to the complainant. He further submitted that the notice was served on petitioner No. 1 for joining the investigation but she has not turned up. Mr. Saxena, APP further submitted that both the petitioners are required to join the investigation. In the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case I allow the application. In the event of the arrest of petitioners they shall be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety in the like amount each to the satisfaction of the IO/SHO concerned but on the condition that they shall join the investigation as and when called by the IO. Counsel for the petitioners has given undertaking that these petitioners will appear before the IO on 25.11.2002 at 3 p.m. in Crime against Women Cell Seelampur. They shall do it and will continue to join the investigation as and when required further. Application stands disposed of.
