JUDGMENT
Mukul Mudgal, J.
1. None appears for any of the parties today. Since this matter relates to maintenance pendente lite and the revision petition is of the year 1987, the writ petition is being taken up today for final hearing.
2. By the impugned order dated 9.12.1986 the Additional District Judge had fixed pendente lite maintenance at Rs. 1,000 / - per month. It also ordered for payment of litigation expenses of Rs. 2,200/- The Court of the Additional District Judge found by the impugned judgment that the respondent-wife was not employed and had no independent source of income and the husband had an income of Rs. 6,500/- per month and thus the wife was entitled to maintenance of Rs. 1,000/- The Trial Court has, inter-alia, recorded the following findings:
(a) The amount said to be deposited in favour of the wife in the Bank by the husband, was the subject matter of a suit filed by the husband seeking a declaration that the amount was his.
(b) That there was additional income from the house property because it was admitted by the husband that the family expenses of about Rs. 5,000/- per month were met by the interest earned from the deposits.
(c) The wife is living in accommodation of a status much below that of the husband.
3. The Revision Petition does not disclose how any of the above findings are assailable. Accordingly, the revision petition is devoid of merits and is dismissed. Interim orders are vacated.
There shall be no orders as to costs.
