Heard on the applications for condonation of delay in filing

                                            the appeals.

Learned counsel for the respondents would not oppose

the said applications.

SHYNA AJAY,

DN: cn=SHYNA On due consideration and also considering the reasons AJAY o=PERSONAL, st=Chhattisgarh, c=IN

assigned in the applications, the applications are allowed and

the delay is condoned.

ARBA No. 36 of 2025, ARBA/39/2025,ARBA/47/2025,ARBA/40/2025

Also heard on the applications for grant of stay/interim

relief.

Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the

Coordinate Bench of this Court has already protected the

interest of the appellant in the connected appeals i.e. ARBA

Nos.37/2025 and ARABA No.41/2025. Therefore, interim

protection may be granted in the remaining appeals as well since

all the appeals arise out of the same impugned judgment dated

16.1.2025.

The said fact is not disputed by the other side.

In view of the above, purely as an interim measure, it is

directed that the effect and operation of the impugned judgment

dated 16.1.2025 passed in Arbitration Civil Suit No.33/2022

(ARBA No. 36 of 2025), Arbitration Civil Suit No.26/2022 (ARBA

No.39/2025), Arbitration Civil Suit No.34/2022 (ARBA

No.40/2025) and Arbitration Civil Suit No.35/2022 (ARBA No.47

of 2022) by the Seventh District Judge, Raipur (CG) shall remain

stayed till the next date of hearing.

At this juncture, learned counsel counsel for respondent

No.1 appearing in ARBA No.36/2025 would submit that he has

filed an application for intimation of death of respondent No.1

Smt. Jagjeet Kaur (died on 5.9.2025) and power has also been

filed on behalf of the legal representatives of respondent 1

{respondents 1(a) to 1(c)}.

Learned counsel for the appellant prays for time for

bringing LRs of respondent No.1 on record.

List the matter after 8 weeks.
