his legal heir/ representative wife Mrs. Chandrakala wishes to
continue this appeal and for that purpose application IA No.
01/2024, has been filed, which has to be allowed.
Not opposed by the other party.
Application IA No. 01/2024, for taking legal heirs on record
is allowed and in place of appellant/complainant Kailash
Agarawal, his legal heir/representative wife Mrs. Chandrakala,
wife of late Kailash Agarawal, aged about 72 years, R/o Near
Jain Mandir Naila, Police Station/Tahsil- Janjgir, District- Janjgir-
Champa (C.G.) be substituted.
Let the necessary amendment be incorporated during the
course of the day.
With the consent of the parties, heard finally.
