3. The present Cr.M.P. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking leave to appeal against the judgment dated 11.11.2024

passed by the JMFC Bemetara in Complaint Case No. 751/2023.

4. On due consideration, leave to appeal is granted. Accordingly, the present Cr.M.P. stands allowed.

5. Registry is directed to register the present Cr.M.P. as acquittal appeal.

6. Let notice be issued to the Respondent on payment of process fee by ordinary and registered mode after registration of acquittal appeal.

7. The matter be listed for further consideration on 29th April, 2025.
