1. This appeal has been filed against the order passed in Para-55 of

the judgment dated 28.02.2025 by the Special Judge (NDPS Act)

Bilaspur (CG) in Special Sessions Case (NDPS Act) No.81/2024

whereby the seized truck bearing registration No. CG 10 BL 7164

owned by the appellant has been directed to be confiscated.

2. On the previous date of hearing i.e. 15.07.2025, there was no

representation on behalf of the appellant.

3. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the appellant

which shows that he is not interested in pursuing the present

appeal any further.

4. Hence, in the absence of any representation on behalf of the

appellant, the present appeal stands dismissed for want of

prosecution.
