Heard Mr.Suryapratap Yuddhveer Singh, learned counsel for the

petitioner. Also heard Mr.Shailendra Shukla, learned counsel, appearing for

respondents No.1 & 2 and Mr.Prasoon Bhaduri, learned counsel, appearing

for respondent No.3.

2. This application is filed for restoration of WPC No.369 of 2018, which

was dismissed for default by an order dated 02.01.2023.

3. Perused the averments made in the application.

4. The application is not opposed by Mr. Shukla and Mr. Bhaduri.

5. On due consideration, order of dismissal of WPC No.369 of 2018

dated 02.01.2023 is re-called and WPC No.369 of 2018 is restored to its

original number.

6. Registry will list WPC No.369 of 2018 in the Part-II hearing list in the

month of April, 2023.

7. MCC accordingly stands disposed of.
