Issue notice to respondent No.3 on this petition as well as on I.A. No.1/2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a teacher and deceased boy was a student. Allegation against the petitioner is that due to harassment committed by the petitioner, deceased boy committed suicide by hanging himself in the hostel. It is further submitted that necessary ingredients for abetment are totally missing in the case and also relied upon judgment i.e. Geo Varghese Vs. State of Rajasthan (AIR 2021 SC 4764) and prayed for interim relief.

Learned State counsel seeks time to file reply of the petition and I.A. No.1/2022, application for grant of stay.

In the meanwhile, further proceeding of Sessions Trial No.60/2021 (State of C.G. Vs. Sunil Kumar Singh) pending in the Court of First Additional Sessions Judge, Bastar, Jagdalpur (C.G.) shall remain stayed till the next date of hearing.
