Order On Board By Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri 09/11/2022

1. Heard.

2. The instant application has been preferred against the judgment passed by this Court vide order dated 11-05-2022 in FAM No.18/2019, wherein visitation right was given to father. Thereafter S.L.P. was filed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the apex has also passed order in SLP (C) No.10349/2022 on 02-06-2022. After filing of MCC, the matter could not be heard during summer vacation and the purpose of this MCC also appears to have been diluted with the passage of time, therefore, we do not feel inclined to pass any order and also not inclined to accept the contention as stated in the MCC.

3. Accordingly, the present MCC is dismissed.
