1. In view of the judgment passed by this Court Ashish Bansal A.K.A. Golu Vs. State of Chhattisgarh, in MCRC No.3053/2020 vide order dated 06.01.2021, as per the order this petition is not maintainable, therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the same, with liberty to file afresh petition/application.
2. Prayer is allowed.
3. Consequently, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
4. Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the orders, after obtaining photocopy of the same.
