appearing for the appellants. Also heard Mr. Ranbir Singh Marhas,
learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
2. This appeal is accompanied by I.A. No. 1 of 2022, which is an
application for condoning the delay of 06 days.
3. Application for condonation of delay is not opposed by Mr. Ranbir
Singh Marhas, learned counsel for the respondents.
4. We condone the delay of 06 days. I.A. No. 1 of 2022, stands
disposed of.
5. It is also submitted that by an order dated 25.01.2022 passed in
Writ Appeal No. 209 of 2021 and other connected cases, the writ appeals
filed by the State of Chhattisgarh against the order dated 26.05.2020
passed in Writ Petition (C) No. 1122 of 2019 and batch, which is also
assailed in the present appeal, were dismissed.
6. The writ appeal stands dismissed in terms of the judgment dated
25.01.2022 passed in Writ Appeal No. 209 of 2021 and batch.
