1. Since all three bail applications are arising out of the same crime
number, they are being heard and decided by this common order.
2. This appeal under Section 21 (4) of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 has been preferred challenging the order passed by the trial Court refusing to enlarge the appellants on bail.
3. The prayer for bail is made by the appellants in connection with Crime No.68/2019, registered at Police Station - Nagarnar (Bakawand), District - Bastar (C.G.) for offence punishable under Section 4 & 5 of the Explosive Substance Act read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 38 (2) and 39 (2) of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.

4. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the appellants fairly submitted that the trial has come to an end and it is posted for delivery of judgments after two days i.e. on 06-09-2021.
5. In view of the above, since the trial is already complete, no case for release of the appellants on bail is made out.
6. Accordingly, all the applications are dismissed.
