1. These appeals are listed for orders on applications (I.A. No.01/2021

and I.A. No.02/2021) for withdrawal of the appeals.

2. These appeals under Section 374(2) of Cr.P.C. are directed against

the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 22.07.2017

passed in Sessions Trial No.119/2016 by the Sessions Judge, Janjgir-

Champa, C.G. convicting the appellants under Section 304 Part-II/34 of Indian Penal Code and sentencing them to undergo R.I. for seven

years plus fine of Rs.100/- with default sentence.

3. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appellants do no

wish to prosecute these appeals and they wish to withdraw the same.

Along with the aforesaid applications, letter (Annexure A-6) dated

25.09.2021 of the appellants to their counsel sent from the Central

Jail, Bilaspur, C.G. has also been annexed wherein the appellants

have submitted that they are undergoing the sentences and do not

wish to prosecute these appeals.

4. In view of above, both the appeals are dismissed as withdrawn.
