Heard Mr. S.V.Purohit, learned counsel for the appellants as well as Shri
Adil Minhaj, learned counsel for the respondents.
2. This appeal is presented against an order dated 10.01.2020 passed by the
learned Single Judge in Writ Petition (S) No. 1659 of 2013, whereby, the writ petition
in which a prayer was made to direct the respondents to release travelling allowance
to the petitioners, was dismissed.
3. Writ Petition (S) No. 1659 of 2013 was filed by 18 writ petitioners. The
present appeal is filed by four of the writ petitioners in Writ Petition (S) No. 1659 of
2013.
4. It has been brought to our notice that assailing the very same judgment as
is impugned in the present appeal, a writ appeal, registered as Writ Appeal No. 308
of 2020, was presented by 12 of the writ petitioners and this Court, by an order
dated 13.07.2020, finding no merit, had dismissed the said writ appeal.
5. We have perused the order passed by this Court in Writ Appeal No. 308
of 2020.
6. This appeal is dismissed in terms of the order dated 13.07.2020 passed
in Writ Appeal No. 308 of 2020.
