The present appeal has been preferred being aggrieved by the judgment of conviction dated 08.08.2019, passed in Sessions Case No. 16/2018 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bilaspur. The appeal is filed with a delay of 778 days. The appeal has been preferred through the legal heirs.
On due consideration of the entire facts and circumstances of the case, I.A. No.1 deserves to be and is accordingly allowed. The delay of 778 days in filing the appeal stands condoned.
