Mr. Rekhraj Baghel, counsel for the petitioner. 23/11/2021 Heard.

It is submitted that the petitioners are judgment debtors, the respondent decree holders have filed the execution case. The petitioners had earlier preferred Second Appeal before this Court, which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 12.07.2021. The petitioners then even filed M.C.C. No.468 of 2021, which is pending, therefore, it is prayed that the execution proceeding may be stayed until the M.C.C. is heard and decided. Issue notice to the respondents. P.F. as per rules.

List this case after four weeks.

In the meanwhile, it is ordered that the execution proceeding against the petitioners shall remain stayed until the next date of hearing.
