1) The appeal i. e. CRA No. 193 of 2018 and previously filed appeal CRA No. 184 of 2018 are arising out of the same judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 04.01.2018 passed by the Sessions Judge, Dhamtari District Dhamtari, CG in Session Trial No. 27/2017. Previously filed appeal No. 193 of 2018 has been preferred by the same appellant namely Suddhu Ram Kamar @ Billu through his counsel. Since two appeals against the same judgment of conviction and sentence are not maintainable, in the facts and circumstances of the case, the appeal i.e. CRA No. 193 of 2018 is dismissed as not maintainable.

2) Registry is directed to publish the name of Mr. Jeet Patel, also as counsel for the appellant along with counsel representing the appellant in CRA No.184 of 2018 in the cause list on all further dates of hearing.

3) List CRA No.184 of 2018 for final hearing in due course.
