The present is an appeal under Section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act assailing the judgment and decree dated 12.04.2018 passed by the Family Court, Raigarh. The appeal has been filed with delay of 117 days, for which an application (IA No.1) for condonation of delay has been filed.

For all the reasons mentioned in the application and also considering the nature of dispute involved in the matter, we are of the considered opinion that a strong case is made out for condonation of delay in filing the appeal.

Accordingly, IA No.1 stands allowed and delay in filing the appeal stands condoned.

The appeal is admitted for hearing.
