Considering the fact that appellant is in jail since 28.10.2016 and he is completed 4 and half year out of 5 years sentence imposed upon him by concerned trial Court.

Heard on I.A.No.2/2019 application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail to the appellant.

Since the appellant is also convicted and sentenced under Section 10 of POCSO Act, other than offence under Sections 363 & 366 of IPC.

Therefore, in view of judgment dated 17.05.2021 passed in MCRC No. 708/2021 by this High Court, let a notice be issued to the victim/informant of the case, through registered mode.
