1) At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Appeal with liberty to file appropriate application before this Court as and when occasion arises.
2) Counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer.
3) Permission granted.
4) Accordingly, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
5) Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order to the counsel for the appellant on his furnishing true authenticated photocopy of the same.
