The petition is admitted for hearing.

Counsel for the petitioner is directed to take necessary steps

within a period of 7 days in ensuring that Shri Tarun Kumar Das is

made a necessary respondent in the present writ petition.

Also, Issue notice on I.A. No. 05/2021, the application for grant

of interim relief.

Meanwhile, purely as an interim measure, taking into

consideration the submission made by the Counsel for the petitioner

that the salary of the teaching and non teaching staff has not been paid

since August 2020, the petitioner as well as respondent No. 3 is

directed to ensure that the entire outstanding salary part from August

2020 till June 2021 is released to all the staff both Teaching and Non-

Teaching of J.M.H.S. School at Jagdeeshpur Block Pithora Distt.

Mahasamund, at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days. It is made clear that for releasing of same, the respondent No. 3

shall not insist the petitioner-establishment to forward the Bills counter

signed by Shri Tarun Kumar Das. The Bills have to be processed, if the

same is counter signed by the In-Charge Principal- Shri Subhash

Chandra Nand.

Meanwhile, It is also directed that the respondent-authorities

shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioner-establishment

pursuant to Anneuxre P/1, Annexure P/2, Annexure P/3 & Annexure

P/4 taking into consideration the judgment rendered by this High Court

in the case of A.K. Sharma v. State of Chhattisgarh and other bunch

matters decided on 23.10.2017.

Let reply be filed within a period of two weeks and the matter be

listed for hearing immediately after reply of the respondents are
