Heard on I.A. No. 01/2021 for suspension of sentence and grant of bail to the appellant.

Since the appellant is also convicted and sentenced under Section 42 of the POCSO Act, 2012 other than offence under Sections 363, 366, 376 and 312 of the IPC.

Therefore, in view of the judgment dated 17.05.2021 passed in MCRC No. 708/2021 by this High Court, Registry is directed to issue a fresh notice to the victim/informant of the case.

It is made clear that notice should be sent through registered mode and it should be served through concerned Superintendent of Police.

List this case on 12th August, 2021.

Meanwhile, learned State counsel is directed to submit his reply.
