Heard on I.A. No.1/2021, application for suspension of

sentence and grant of bail.

The appellant has been convicted under Sections 450 &

302/34 IPC and sentenced to undergo R.I. for 7 years &

imprisonment for life and to pay fine of Rs.1000/- & 5000/-,

respectively with usual default stipulation vide judgment of

conviction and order of sentence dated 29.11.2018 passed in S.T.

No.R 79/2016 by the Court below.

The perusal of the order-sheet would show that on the

earlier occasion on 28.02.2019 the application for suspension of

sentence and grant of bail has been dismissed on merits.

Therefore, at this stage we do not find any change of

circumstances to reconsider the repeat application again and no

circumstances also pointed out by the appellant so as to

reconsider the application for suspension of sentence and grant

of bail.

Accordingly, the application I.A. No.1/2021 is dismissed.

The appellant shall be at liberty to make appropriate

application or approach the appropriate Bench having the roster.
