This MCC has been filed for correction in judgment

dated 14/07/2021 passed in SA No. 246/2012.

2. Inadvertently, in judgment dated 14/07/2021 passed

in SA No. 246/2012, the name of the appellant has

wrongly been typed as Krishnaram Sharma instead of

Kashiram Sharma. It be read as 'Kashiram Sharma'

and decree be drawn accordingly.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the MCC is disposed of.
