learned Counsel for the plaintiff for correction in the judgment dated 12th

September, 2025. He submits that in page 8 at Serial no. (XVI), 15% to be

added. Accordingly, in page 8, serial no.(xvi) shall be read as "15% per

annum on Rs.10,00,000/- from 1st September, 2017 till realization."

2. This order may be incorporated in the judgment dated 12th September,

2025 read with the corrected order dated 17th December, 2025.
