The Court : The Learned Advocate representing the Plaintiff filed an

application being GA/8/2026 for substitution of the legal heirs of Plaintiff No.3,

namely, Saroj Chauraria, Kanhaiyalal Parakh, Bijay Singh Baid, Chhater Singh

Baid and Rahul Baid, as mentioned in the Master Summons and in the

application.

The Learned Advocate representing the Plaintiff further filed the

supplementary affidavit stating the Plaintiff No.4 and the Plaintiff No.5 to have

attained the age of majority on 21 st April, 1997 and 11th August, 2001.

The Department is directed to notify the attainment of majority of the

aforesaid plaintiffs and carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title

as aforesaid.

GA/8/2026 is, accordingly, disposed of.

A Copy of the amended plaint has to be served upon the Learned

Advocate representing the Defendants.

Next date be fixed on 25th March, 2026 for hearing.
