The Court: 1. Mr. Bhattacharya, learned advocate representing

the private respondent points out that a writ petition being

WPA/27491/2024 has been filed for implementation of an order dated

25th January 2023 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in

WPA/20028/2021. Notwithstanding the above, the present writ petition

has been filed in the Original Side on 24th December 2025 for self-same

relief. He would submit that independent of the aforesaid proceeding a

contempt application has already been filed being CPN/1939/2024

which is at present pending consideration before a coordinate Bench.

2. Having regard to the above disclosure, I am of the view that

the writ petition being WPA/27491/2024 should be tagged with this writ

petition and appear under the same heading on 26 th February 2026.

3. At this stage, although Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate

representing the municipality would submit that an order has already

been passed in relation to the premises no 393/3F/2, Prince Anwar

Shah Road, Ward - 93, Borough - X, Kolkata by the Special Officer

(Building), Kolkata Municipal Corporation, he is unable to produce such

order today.
