The Court: This is an application alleging violation of an order dated 5
September, 2023. Pursuant to orders of Court, the alleged contemnor is present.
It is submitted on behalf of the alleged contemnor that insofar as the
proceedings in the Criminal Court are concerned, they have not been informed and
are not actively participating in the same.
In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate
application in accordance with law.
The parties are directed to exchange affidavits.
