          Since no steps has been taken by the appropriate State Authority

in terms of the said order dated November 28, 2025, learned Additional

Advocate General for the State has been requested to appear in this

matter to assist this Court.

          Mr. Amal Kumar Sen, learned Additional Advocate General for

the State appears in the matter and he shall assist this Court in the

matter.

          On perusal of the orders passed on the issue, learned Additional

Advocate General shall apprise this Court, accordingly, on the next day

after receiving the necessary information from the appropriate State

Authority.

          The Inspector General, Registration, West Bengal shall also take

steps in terms of the direction of this Court dated November 28, 2025.

          The matter shall appear under the heading "To Be Mentioned"

on March 10, 2026.
