         The Court : Mr. Rajarshi Dutta, learned Advocate appears for the

decree-holder/plaintiff.

         Ms. Susmita Nath, learned Advocate appears for the judgment-

debtor/defendant.

         Pursuant to the direction made by the coordinate Bench dated

September 8, 2025, the plaintiff files an affidavit of service, the same is

taken on record, which shows that the notice along with a copy of the order

has duly been served upon the concerned bank.

         However, neither any report has come from the end of the bank

today, nor the bank is represented.

         In view of the above, the decree-holder shall serve once again the

bank a photocopy of the affidavit of service filed in Court today along with a

copy of today's order to enable the bank to be represented on the next day

and to file report through their learned Advocate may be engaged by them.

          On the prayer of Mr. Rajarshi Dutta, learned Advocate led by Mr.

Sabyasachi Choudhury, learned Senior Advocate, leave is granted to the

decree-holder to file supplementary affidavit to disclose the particulars of

certain properties of the judgment-debtor.

          Such supplementary affidavit shall be filed in the meantime, upon

a copy being served upon the learned Advocate on Record for the judgment-

debtor.

          The matter shall appear under the heading "New Chamber

Application" on March 10, 2026.
