THE COURT: The disputes in the suit were referred to mediation by an

order dated 22nd January, 2026. The parties submit that the mediation has

commenced and there is a fair prospect in such mediation.

Let this matter appear in the monthly list of July 2026 to enable the

parties to conclude the mediation.

In the event, the mediation is concluded prior to the publication of the

monthly list of July 2026, the parties will be at liberty to mention the matter

for preponement of the date of hearing.

The interim order which is in subsistence is extended till 31 st July, 2026

or until further orders whichever is earlier.
