...for the Special Officer

The Court: Learned Advocates for the parties are present.

Learned Special Officers are present with the Report.

It is stated by the Special Officers in the Report that in terms of Order

passed by this Court the Special Officers went to the suit premises to take

possession of the suit property but they were prevented by the men and

agents of the judgment-debtor.

It further appears that they were also confined in a particular room. It

appears that the Special Officers have already lodged a police complaint

and in this regard the police authority shall take necessary steps in

accordance with law. However, as the Special Officers are restrained from

discharging their function it also amounts to the contempt of this Court.

Thus, the judgment-debtor is directed to file an affidavit upon the perusal

of the copy of the Report. Such affidavit shall be filed within 28th October,

2025; let this matter appear on 28th October, 2025.

Let a further remuneration of 100 GMs each be paid to the Special

Officers.

The affidavit shall be filed upon service of the copy to the Special

Officers and the decree-holder.

The keys of the suit premises which are taken by the police authority

from the learned Special Officers be retained by the police authority till

further order.
