The Court :- The judgment in this matter was reserved but prior to

the same being delivered the second application with identical prayers to

that of this application had been made by the plaintiffs contending that the

plaintiffs are entitled to the same relief in the second application on further

grounds which have surfaced subsequent to the making of the first

application and had been taken therein.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the application being

GA/1/2024 appear in the list along with GA/23/2024 on 1 st July, 2025

under the heading "For Orders".
