The Court:- An account payee cheque for an amount of Rs.2 lakhs

bearing No. 846401 drawn on Punjab National Bank, Shakespeare Sarani

Branch, has been handed over to the learned advocate on record for the award-

holders in Court. Such cheque has been tendered towards one time proposal

at settlement offered by the award-debtor by a letter. Parties are to sit together

and discuss the terms and conditions of settlement or if at all a settlement is

possible to be arrived at. In the meantime, the cheque shall be encashed

towards part payment of the awarded sum.

Let the matter appear after the Summer Vacation.
